In 2019, God released and established THE GATHERING, The place where men are. Where cost comes second to cause. A non-religious fellowship set to accomplish spiritual empowerment. The Gathering has been mandated to get “in the weeds” and intimately feel and address the circumstances of man’s day-to-day lives.  Our target audience is both saved and unsaved men.

He is married to Cheryl D. Blake, who currently serves as Pastor, and is the proud father of three adult children and grandfather of two. Bishop Blake's earnest desire is to promote spiritual growth and understanding through preaching, teaching, and being a living witness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As a man of God, he believes wholeheartedly that, "to whom much is given, much is required" (Luke 12:48). He realizes that his life is no longer his own; therefore, his love for Christ is exemplified in all of his endeavors. He has been called, chosen, anointed, and is totally committed as a servant of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
